The Hugh OBrian Youth (HOBY) Leadership Foundation is a non-profit organization and award given to two sophomores each year who are nominated by their teachers or other Foothill Tech faculty. They are nominated as a reward for showing great promise and potential in leadership, in hopes they will make a difference in their schools or communities after attending the three day leadership seminar.
