Throughout the Foothill Technology High School (Foothill Tech) boys water polo season, the Dragons fought hard and sustained some tough losses. However, despite these setbacks, the boys managed to attain a 7-13 record overall and a league record of 1-5.
This 2025-26 season, the boys managed to attain the national ranking of 389 and 306 in Calif. rankings. This season the Dragons had experience and skill in the sport, even despite their record. This high performance is seen through Kylan Jaeger ‘26 and Elijah Spencer ’26, the teams only seniors. However, even with the seniors leaving, key players such as Gavin Ingold ’27 and Dean Liddell ’27 will go on to represent their team and hopefully earn a spot in the 2026-27 California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) playoffs.
The team succeeded in securing fourth place in league, with one of their stronger games being a 10-4 win over the Oxnard High School Hornets on Oct. 4, 2025. Even though the boys failed to qualify for the CIF playoffs this year, the team will continue to fight for their team and their high school in the next fall season.
