On Nov. 9, 2023, the class of 2027 spends their time in their designated F.I.R.E. class talking among their classmates. Students are expected to use 30 minutes of their time before lunch to finish assignments or travel to other classrooms to reach out for help from their teachers.

In the late afternoon of Sept. 21, 2023, Leo Pankratz 24 joins Foothill Technology High Schools annual Back to School Night. Pankratz participated in the Wellness Centers grand opening and had the opportunity to play the drums in front of teachers and parents.

On the morning of Aug. 31, 2023, the class of 2024 gathered at Pierpont Beach in Ventura Calif. for its annual senior sunrise. It was all smiles as everyone embraced each other ready to start off their last year of high school with a memory theyd never forget. A few seniors dipped in the cold morning water as others sat and spent time with their friends. A couple of hours later, all seniors returned to school after a significant day in their senior year.

Kurt Miller stands and embraces one of his favorite artists Harry Styles in front of his class group project. This ‘23 school year will be Miller’s last year of teaching at Foothill Technology High School (Foothill Tech). Miller teaches ninth grade health, tenth grade world history, and the advisor for DTech. He is well known around Foothill Tech having the nickname “Dictator Miller” and still lives up to its name today. He will continue his teaching journey at Carpinteria High School (Carpinteria) after teaching 11 years at Foothill Tech.

On the evening of May 18, 2023, DTech Hosted it’s annual Prototype Trade Show at Foothill Technology High School (Foothill Tech). The class of dynasty five exhibits their product in front of friends and families. A company called “Converse B Street” expresses their hard work and gets rewarded with a much deserving smile from very proud parents.

Throughout the game, the Dragons came out firing on all cylinders and managed to sweep Cate School with a score of 3-0. Their goal of going undefeated is still very much alive.
