Foothill Technology High School’s (Foothill Tech) spring sports are baseball, softball, boys golf, boys tennis, swimming, track and field, boys volleyball and girls beach volleyball. All of these sports play critical roles in rounding out Foothill Tech's diverse student-athlete body. On the night of Jan. 29, 2026, the Foothill Technology High School (Foothill Tech) Dragons faced off against the Saint Bonaventure (St. Bonnie) Seraphs. The Dragons fought hard but ultimately lost to a score of 30-71. The Dragons pushed through all four quarters, but unfortunately, they just couldn't beat the Seraphs.

On the night of Jan. 14, 2026 The Foothill Dragon's Boys Basketball team took on Bishop Diego in a very physical game, which ended with a score of 45-56 adding a loss to Foothill's record, which is now 12-8. Pictured is Ashton Brown '26 (number 11) dribbling past his defender and attempting to score for his team. In this game Brown suffered a cut on his finger temporarily taking him out of the game while he got it bandaged, before returning to the game and playing to the best of his abilities.

On the night of Jan. 8, 2026, the Foothill Technology High School (Foothill Tech) girls’ soccer team faced off against Saint Bonaventure (St. Bonnie). They played hard and showed passion on the field. The Dragons lost to Saint Bonaventure (St. Bonnie) with a score of 1-0. Although the Dragons had a tough loss, they will continue to give it their all the rest of the season, and will continue to have support from family and friends.
