n the night of Dec. 19, 2025, on the turf of Ventura College, Foothill Technology High School (Foothill Tech) girls’ soccer team faced off in a match against Agoura Hills High School (Agoura), which ended in a loss for the Dragons with a final score of 1-4. This was a hard-fought game for the Dragons, as it is still early in their season and one of the first home games; needless to say, support from family, friends, and alumni rose to the bleachers to encourage the team throughout the difficult loss.

When the sun had set on Dec. 18, 2025, and the air was as frigid as a desert night, Foothill Tech's boys soccer team faced Oaks Christian High School, taking a loss, 1-7. Though the Dragons fought hard, they were ultimately outmatched. Oaks Christian held possession of the ball for the majority of the game, making it difficult for Foothill Tech to show its offensive skills. The Dragons have a pregame huddle to discuss their goals for the game. They had a strong defense throughout the night but were unable to keep up with Cate’s offense. The Dragons were unable to keep possession of the ball and ended up losing 0-6.

On the night of Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2025, the Foothill Technology High School (Foothill Tech) dragons faced off against the St. Bonaventure (Bonnie) seraphs. Erik Hernandez ‘26 (number 24) grabs the rebound and runs down the court with his teammate Brody Baker ‘26 (number 23) trailing close behind. The dragons fought hard and won the game against the seraphs 49-46.

Two important athletes at Foothill Tech are twins, Emily and Nick Turner ‘26. Emily Turner (left) is a vital member of Foothill Tech's beach and indoor varsity volleyball teams. Nick Turner (right) is a four year varsity player for Foothill Tech’s boys basketball team. These twin’s are both very dedicated and consistent with their sports while maintaining their academics. The Turner twins are valuable team players on and off the court.
