Security cameras are a fine investment, if anyone believes it would benefit the school. As a student, I wouldn’t mind cameras around campus. I don’t do anything wrong, so I don’t mind being “watched”, after all we had them at Buena and I totally forgot they existed. Although, Foothill doesn’t seem to experience much crime, so they may be an unnecessary investment of money. On the other hand, security cameras would reenforce that and keep criminals and delinquents away.
If the ideas of cameras really have been “floating” around for 4 or 5 years, then yes, I do think they should be installed…but either way, it’s all good.
