As high school students, we’ve all experienced the dread of waking up after a long night of cramming for a test being unmotivated to put effort into an outfit for school. Here are 10 quick, easy, and close to effortless things that you can do to spice up your outfit.

1. When your hair isn’t cooperating, add a little hairspray to show it who’s boss.

2. Painting your nails in either a plain way or with design will help make an outfit look complete. You don’t have to paint your nails every day, either.

3. Normal hair ties can get boring and predictable. Change things up by using a designed cloth hair tie.

4. Necklaces come in all different shapes, sizes, and lengths and they’re always a great way to complete an outfit.

5. Sliding on a few rings makes your outfit look more put together in just a matter of seconds.

6. A watch is not only convenient, but cute.

7. A bracelet is another great accessory to add to a dull or crazy outfit to make it even better.

8. Earrings, whether they’re studs or a dangly pair, are a great accessory to add to almost any outfit.

9. Mascara is a simple way to liven and open up tired eyes.

10. Putting on some lip gloss will moisturize and add a hint of color to your look.

These 10 steps can easily vamp up any outfit whether you’re tired or you just want to add some extra accessories.
