Born and raised in Ventura, California, Maddy Cook is a Junior at Foothill Technology High School. Like any high school student, Maddy finds herself trying to meet the high demands of AP classes as well as try to find the perfect balance of schoolwork and a social life. In her very rare spare time, Maddy likes laying out at the beach, going on runs, seeing friends, and taking naps. While doing homework, or just browsing the Internet, Maddy also enjoys having a mug of green tea within arm’s reach (and goes through about 2 pots of tea a day). Maddy loves to read and write, and is excited to be part of the Foothill Dragon Press so she can go further with her passion.
