To make the crust, mix 1 cup of old fashioned oats, ½ cup of nuts chopped (preferably walnuts and pecans), ½ cup of almond meal, ½ teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon cinnamon and ½ teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice into a bowl

Mix ¼ cup of maple syrup and ¼ cup of olive oil into mixture until all covered

Mix a tablespoon of lemon juice, a tablespoon of sugar and a tablespoon of cinnamon into the apples

Put the apple filling into the bottom of 8x8 pan

Put crust mix on top of filling evenly

Optional: Mix ¼ cup of sugar and one tablespoon of pumpkin spice and put on top of crisp until covered

Mix ½ cup of unsalted butter, ½ cup of granulated sugar and ⅓ cup of brown sugar on medium speed with a hand mixer

Mix one egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract into the dough until its light and fluffy

Mix 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour, ½ teaspoon baking soda, ¼ teaspoon of cream of tartar and ¼ teaspoon of salt into the dough for around one minute or until fully combined

Mix ¼ cup of granulated sugar and 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice mix in a bowl

Use a 2-inch cooking scooper or your hands and roll dough into a ball

Roll the dough balls into the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully covered

Place balls onto a cooking pan

Place dough balls two inches apart on the pan and put into the oven at 350 degrees for nine minutes, then cool for 10 minutes

Let chill for at least one hour in the refrigerator

Put one package of Bridgeford Parkerhouse Rolls evenly around a bundt pan

Put one small package of cook and serve butterscotch pudding, ½ cup brown sugar and  ½ cup chopped nuts into a small bowl and mix with a fork
