With the threat of an additional $6.5 million cut looming over Ventura Unified, the school district has scheduled a budget forum for Wednesday at 6:30 p.m in Balboa Middle School’s cafeteria.

Ventura Unified has already cut $18.5 million from its budget in the past three years, meaning that it now spends roughly $1,900 less per student than it did then.
