Emilie Ghafouri is a junior, and a first year journalist for the Foothill Dragon Press.  Between her hectic school schedule, helping out at Sunday school and her various community service projects, Emilie finds time to relax and indulge in her favorite activities such as reading, writing, sleeping, camping, hiking, or swimming.  Although a beautiful day to her is considered to be cold and gloomy, she welcomes the summer heat and soaks up all the sun she can get.  Though the great outdoors is one of the most wonderful things in her life, Emilie also enjoys spending time with her loving family and friends.  Whether it’s movie night with the family, catching up on the latest television shows,  a good book and a cup of hot chocolate, or just trying to travel to as many places as she can, Emilie is quickly moving forward with a promising future and she ready to take on life and all the great things it has in store for her.
