With students beginning to return to school full-time, upperclassmen at Foothill Technology High School (Foothill Tech) have been eager to go off campus during lunch. Finally, the time has come. Starting on April 26th, 2021,  juniors and seniors will be allowed to go off campus during lunch, not break, if they are part of the Renaissance Honor Roll at Foothill Tech.

In order for students to be able to leave, parents must fill out a form allowing their student to leave campus for lunch. Whenever students leave campus, they will also be required to show their I.D. and their current Renaissance card.

Students who receive parent permission must return to campus on time or their privileges will be revoked. Students also must not drive with other students in their car during lunch. 

Being allowed to leave campus opens up many opportunities for upperclassmen and allows our school life to look a little more normal, one step at a time.
