Jenny Chang is a junior at Foothill, a second-year journalist and a staff member of the Illustrations section of the Foothill Dragon Press. She is joining the multimedia ranks for the first time this year, parting from the News section.

Jenny Chang is a junior at Foothill, a second-year journalist and a staff member of the Illustrations section of the Foothill Dragon Press. She is joining the multimedia ranks for the first time this year, parting from the News section. Jenny enjoys being on the press since it has made her a better writer as well as cartoonist. She is passionate about being an illustrator this year, believing that visual journalism is just as important. Jenny is a scholar athlete, running as a Bulldog on the Buena track team. She is nervous, yet excited, for junior year. Jenny is taking the challenge of three AP classes head on. When Jenny isn’t working on journalism or homework, she enjoys hanging out with friends and listening to or playing music. She is an avid piano player, playing since the age of five. Jenny also participates in Youth and Government, a program ran by the YMCA that teaches high schoolers about the United States political system. Jenny is a proud first generation Chinese-American, a Mandarin-Chinese native speaker. She would like to study in New York City in the near future.
