Several eager seniors made the decision to participate in Foothill’s first academic signing on the stage in the quad. Similar to an athletic signing, the seniors signed a certificate promising to attend and graduate from the college they have made a commitment to. A short blurb about each student was read by teacher Melanie “Captain” Lindsey, which gave a description about the college they will be attending, their major and their most inspirational teacher.
