Blended
For a smooth, creamy cool down.
Ingredients:
1 cup chai concentrate
1 cup nonfat milk
1 ½ cups ice
1 ½ tbsp. vanilla or chocolate powder (for a chocolate chai)
Preparation:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into glass, top with whipped cream.
Iced
If you’re looking for a less sweet cold chai option, consider it simply over ice.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. sugar or substitute
2 chai tea bags, or 1 cup chai concentrate
1 ½ cups milk
Preparation:
1. Combine ingredients in a pan and stir while bringing it to a boil.
2. Away from the heat, allow for mixture to sit for about five minutes.
3. Chill in fridge and serve over ice.
Hot
Chai lattes, the perfect tea coffee combo, have seasonal flare yet taste good anytime.
Ingredients:
1 cup chai concentrate
1 cup water or milk
Preparation:
Mix chai and water or milk, and while constantly stirring bring to a boil. Serve.

eh i dont get why people call that chai if its not the ‘real’ chai
