4 graham crackers
2 cups mini marshmallows
¾ cup flour
½ cup sugar or substitute
½ tsp. baking powder
½ cup butter
¼ tsp. salt
3 chocolate bars, milk or dark
1 tsp. vanilla extract

The amount of chocolate, graham crackers, and marshmallows may vary depending on how much you’d like to use.

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray the bottom and sides of an 8 inches by 8 inches pan with cooking spray.
3. Cover the bottom with full graham crackers.
4. Place chocolate bars on top of the graham crackers.
5. In a separate bowl, mix together eggs, butter, vanilla and cocoa powder. Then in the same bowl, add flour, sugar, salt and baking powder and mix until smooth.
6. Pour the combined ingredients on top of the chocolate in the pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Add marshmallows to the top and place back into the oven for another minute or until marshmallows are golden.
