Baked goods are normally made from a flour mixture, which is not allowed in a gluten-free diet, limiting the wide variety of dessert choices of a wheat intolerant person. These simple peanut butter chocolate chip cookies are easy to make, and even though they lack an ingredient, the bold taste makes up for the loss. This recipe makes two dozen cookies.
