Ingredients:
2 cup sliced banana
2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup low-fat milk
3 tablespoons crushed graham crackers
2 tablespoon nonfat dry milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup ice cubes
Preparation
- Slice bananas, then spread them apart on a baking sheet and place in the freezer for an hour.
- Blend frozen bananas and remaining ingredients until smooth.
- Sprinkle in graham cracker crumbs and serve.

Can replace milk with soy? My tummy do no like normal milk. Thank you for great recipe, i will share with my 5 brothers they are all like creamy banana. also do banaana have to be ripe??
