With fallen leaves, cool breeze, sugar, spice and everything nice, ignite Childhood Memories of Fall with these treats!

Bubble Bread

Bubble Bread has been a part of my life since I was a little girl. This delicious, mouth-watering, buttery dish has been served for breakfast on many special occasions throughout my life. Be prepared for an explosion of sweet flavors in your mouth at first bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Bridgford frozen Parkerhouse Rolls
  • 1 small package cook and serve butterscotch pudding (make sure it is not instant)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (I recommend pecans)
  • 1 stick of butter

Fall Snickerdoodle Cookies

No one can ever go wrong with a batch of melt-in-your-mouth snickerdoodle cookies to help you get into the spirit of Fall. These soft cookies will rock your world but in the best way possible.

With each bite of these phenomenal soft-baked cookies, not only will it bring you a smile, but it will remind you of sweet memories of your childhood and bring you feelings of warmth, love and happiness.

Estimated quantity: two dozen

Ingredients

Dough:

  • ½ cup of unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup of granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup of light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon of cream of tartar
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt

Rolling mix:

  • ¼ cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice mix

Gluten-Free Apple Crisp

In my opinion, apple and cinnamon are the best flavor combinations that Fall has to offer. This crisp and sugary Fall dessert is the essence of perfection and beautifully represents the warm emotion of Fall while eating it. This crisp is also gluten-free, but no one will miss the gluten. Also, you can switch out the apples for most any fruit or berries of your choice. However, apples bring the strongest feeling and scent of Fall.

Ingredients

Filling:

  • 4 cups of peeled apples quarter-inch cut (almost any fruit can apply), frozen is okay
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice if using apples so the apples do not brown,
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar,
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon

Crust:

  • 1 cup of old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup of nuts chopped (preferable walnuts and pecans)
  • ½ cup of almond meal
  • ¼ cup of maple syrup
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • ½  teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Vanilla Ice Cream (optional)

Sugar topping:

  • ¼ cup of sugar Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon of Pumpkin spice
