Sarah Kagan is a sophomore and a first-year journalist for the Foothill Dragon Press’s Multimedia section. Kagan is a caring, fun-loving, and outgoing. She has always had a passion for video and photography and loves that you can capture moments in time with a single image. Her favorite kind of photos to take are of people when they are not expecting it. She also has an adventurous side and loves to travel whenever she can. This summer she went to Nicaragua and volunteered at schools to help children with their English, and to see a different culture. She enjoyed being able to connect with people despite the language barrier. When she grows up she wants to live in the UK because she loves the cold weather and can just be inside and drink tea all day and play her ukulele. She loves to play the ukulele and guitar because when she was younger she was involved in dance and she decided that music was something she would rather do instead. Sarah also has an extreme obsession with Netflix. She has finished all seasons of Greys Anatomy, How I Met Your Mother, Skins, and Orange is the New Black. When she grows up she would like to become a veterinarian or a writer/ film director because of her love of pets and her love for sharing stories. She has one dog and one cat, Sarah said she almost feels that she relates to animals more than people.
